CAN I PURCHASE MERCHANDISE ONLINE? Unfortunately, we do not have a functioning online store as yet. Instead, we offer a phone order system, which proves to be just as successful in ensuring all of our customers have access to our product, no matter where they live.

HOW DO I GO ABOUT MAKING A PHONE ORDER? Just call any of our stores and speak to the Manager. If they are unavailable please leave your contact number and your call will be returned as soon as possible.   If you have shopped with us before you will have an idea of your style preference and size, and with this information the Manager can guide you through a selection process.  If you have seen product on the website that you are interested in, just quote the style number and again the Manager can guide you through the selection process.

CAN YOU LOCATE AN ITEM FOR ME? If the garment is not available in the store you call, the Manager will have no hesitation in trying to locate it in another store.

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY PURCHASE? You may pay for your purchase over the phone by credit card.

HOW DO I KNOW MY PAYMENT IS SECURE? Protecting your personal and order information is a priority at Rivette & Blair. We want you to order from us with total confidence. We have a long history of phone order with our interstate/international clients, who can attest to our consistently rigorous security measures. We only process a manual credit card transaction when on the phone to you, and will never take down or transcribe your credit card details. We will never vocalise your credit card details while on the phone to you. We will send you a credit card receipt with your order.

HOW MUCH IS POSTAGE AND HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER? Orders are delivered by Express Post and in most cases will reach you within 3-5 working days. An additional postage charge will be added to the price of your order.  For a single item this will usually be $10 and for multiple items the store manager will inform you of the cost at the time of purchase. 

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER? You should receive your order within 3-5 working days. If you do not receive your order within 3-5 working days please call the store to let them know. The Manager will trace the parcel and let you know the status.

WILL YOU POST INTERNATIONALLY? International postage can be arranged. Please contact us at rivetteandblair@bigpond.com to enquire.

CAN I RETURN A PHONE ORDER PURCHASE? In most cases we are happy to accept returns, but please discuss the returns policy for phone orders with the Manager at the time of purchase.
